REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted, but be reasonable! 

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt of delivery. To do this, the product must be intact and with the original label.

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged by the customer cannot be returned under any circumstances. Items purchased on sale are final sales. 

Note that the initial delivery costs and those of the return will not be refunded to you, unless there has been an error on our part.

You will be refunded with the same method of payment that you used for the initial purchase. In the event that the merchandise cannot be exchanged, we will refund you.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not comply with our return policies.
